For a 3rd or 4th bed in a double room with 2 full-paying guests

  • Children under 6 yrs. old can stay in the parents' double room for free  
  • Children 6 - 11 yrs. old 50% discount in the parents' double room
  • Children 12 - 14 yrs. old 25% discount in the parents' double room

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation free of charge up to 2 months before arrival
  • from 2 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total travel price
  • from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price
  • in the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total price
  • in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the travel price

These terms also apply to bookings that have already been made.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Travel cancellation insurance
Nobody wants it to happen – and yet sometimes things turn out differently than expected, and a booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short. The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) FAGG does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. We would like to help spare you these financial disadvantages and the inconvenience involved.

As a special service, we offer Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance, including helicopter rescue costs and an accident benefits package. This insurance not only covers any cancellation or trip interruption costs, but also gives you greater peace of mind for your holiday in Austria. Avoid cancellation costs and ask Europäischen Reiseversicherung about travel cancellation insurance.
