Fly fishing in the Zillertal
In the Märzengrund, a side valley of the Zillertal in Tyrol, cell phones don't have any reception. Only the whirring and flicking of the fly rod disrupt the sounds of nature when you try your luck at fly fishing. When you go fly fishing, you can tune out the world around you for a few hours and focus on fishing. The fishing rights from the source to the mouth of the Märzenbach river are held by an Innsbruck business man, an avid fly fisherman himself. Depending on fitness level and ability, you can plan for half-day or full-day tours.
