Climbing

Climbing has a long tradition in the Zillertal. The mountains of the Tyrolean Alps promise grandiose nature experiences in majestic scenery and have solidified the reputation of the Zillertal as a climbing paradise! Numerous climbing opportunities in the Zillertal guarantee challenges for ambitious climbers, and there are also great opportunities for less experienced climbers.

Variety guaranteed

With climbing in the Zillertal, you have many options: the Zillertal is divided into the 4 side valleys of the Zemmtal, Stilluptal, Tuxertal, and Zillergrund in nearby Mayrhofen. From our hotel, you can head out in any direction - and you will see why this Tyrolean valley attracts climbers from all over the world!

Whether sports climbing or alpine climbing for those who want to head higher up in the mountains: directly on the rocks, in the Zillertal Adventure Park, on the natural high ropes course, in the climbing garden, and on via ferrata routes, you can put your skills and courage to the test. The Zillertal indoor climbing center promises a real thrill regardless of the weather.
